Withdraw from your purchase here in two steps. You do not need an account. After you confirm, we email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery. Details, costs and refunds are explained on Returns & withdrawal. You can also withdraw by email to support@treasovi.shop or by letter, for example with the model withdrawal form.
