Legal guarantee

Every piece you buy from us is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law: three years from delivery, at no cost to you.

What the guarantee covers

Under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within three years of delivery. A piece is not in conformity if, for example, it does not match its description, is faulty, or is not fit for normal use as jewellery.

If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery; you do not have to prove it.

Your remedies

1. You may first ask for the piece to be repaired or replaced, free of charge, within a reasonable time (at most 30 days unless the nature of the defect requires longer).
2. If repair or replacement is impossible, not done in time, or the defect is serious, you may ask for a price reduction or end the contract and receive a refund.
3. If a defect becomes apparent within 30 days of delivery, you may ask for an immediate replacement or to end the contract.

A repaired piece is covered by a further six months of guarantee for that repair, up to four repairs.

What is not a defect

• Gradual wear of the gold plating from normal daily use, contact with skin, water, perfume and cosmetics.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, unsuitable cleaning or repairs by someone else.
• Small differences in the scrolls between two pieces of the same design, which are part of the filigree technique.

How to claim

Write to support@treasovi.shop with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within two business days and tell you how to send the piece. We pay the shipping for guarantee claims.

These rights apply in addition to the right of withdrawal. If you live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence also applies.
