Terms of sale
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on treasovi.shop. Please read them before you buy; at checkout you confirm that you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The shop TREASOVI is operated by CONFECÇÕES COSTA VERDE, LDA, a private limited company (sociedade por quotas) under Portuguese law, with registered office at Av. São Romão do Neiva, n.º 107, 4935-546 Neiva, Viana do Castelo, Portugal; NIPC and VAT number PT501918973; registered at the Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Viana do Castelo under number 501918973; share capital 5,000.00 EUR. Email support@treasovi.shop, telephone +351 916 804 172.
2. Who can buy
The shop sells to consumers aged 18 or over for personal use. We deliver to the countries listed on the Shipping page.
3. Products
Each product page describes the main characteristics of the piece: material, measurements, finish and care. Photographs show the design; because filigree is built from many small curls of wire, two pieces of the same design can differ slightly in the scrolls. Gold-plated pieces have a thin layer of gold over silver or brass; none of our pieces is solid gold. Pieces contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
4. Prices
- Prices are total prices in the currency shown, with its ISO code. For deliveries within the EU they include Portuguese VAT (IVA) at 23 %.
- Deliveries outside the EU are charged the same price without EU VAT. Import VAT, duties and carrier fees in the destination country are not included and are payable by the buyer.
- Shipping costs are shown before you place the order and listed on the Shipping page.
- Prices in currencies other than USD are converted at rates we set and are fixed once you place the order. The order is charged in the currency shown at checkout.
- If we show a reduced price, the reference price is the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction.
5. Order and contract
- Choose your pieces and add them to the bag.
- At checkout enter your details, choose a delivery method and a payment method, and review your order. You can correct any entry before you submit.
- By clicking Place order and pay you make a binding offer to buy.
- We confirm receipt by email straight away. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation, at the latest when we ship. The confirmation includes these terms and the withdrawal information.
Contracts are concluded in the language of the site you ordered on. We store the contract text; you can see your orders in your account if you created one.
6. Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. The amount is charged when you place the order. We do not see or store full card numbers.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page. Unless another date is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order. The risk passes to you when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The full withdrawal information, the model withdrawal form and the exception for unsealed earrings are on Returns & withdrawal. You can withdraw online with the withdrawal function.
9. Legal guarantee
Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three years from delivery under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021. See Legal guarantee. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.
10. Liability
We are liable under the law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first; we answer complaints within 15 business days. You can also file a complaint in the electronic complaints book, Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
In case of dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity (Lei n.º 144/2015): CIAB – Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo), www.ciab.pt, or CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, www.cniacc.pt. More on Complaints & disputes. The authorities responsible for consumer protection in Portugal are the Direção-Geral do Consumidor (DGC) and ASAE.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes
The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
